Booking & Delivery

There are several ways to book one of our cakes,  Birthday and celebration cakes can be ordered over the phone or via email.

With regards to wedding cakes we like to meet with our clients first for an initial consultation to go through your ideas, themes and aspirations for your big day.  Our consultations are done during shop hours (Tuesday to Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 2pm), by appointment only.  Here you will be given an opportunity to taste our delicious cakes and chocolates and peruse our extensive portfolio of designs.  We will then work with you to design a cake that answers all your wishes!!  Should you then wish to book Butterflies & Angels to create your cake we ask for a 30% deposit (payable either in cash or by credit/debt card) with the remainder of the balance payable 10 days before the big day.

Your wedding cake can be delivered and set up at your venue (within a 20 mile radius of our premises) for £25.  For delivery outside this 20 mile radius, costs are calculated per mile - please email us for a quotation.

Favours can either be booked through a consultation (after all, you get to try loads of chocolate!!) or can be bought online.  Delivery is charged according to weight and distance - please email for a quotation.

Due to the exclusive nature of our creations we take on a limited amount of work every week so we can maintain our perfecting standards.  We therefore recommend that wedding cakes are booked at least 9 months in advance (12 months for peak times) although we may be able to fit bookings in at shorter notice.  

Celebration cakes and wedding favours should be ordered at least 2 weeks before required.
